How are your ceramics made?

All of our ceramics are handmade with love in our home studio on the redwood coast of Northern California. We do not sell anything that we didn't make.

How often do you add things to your shop?

We are still getting up and running, but our goal is to add new items to the shop every Monday evening. 

Can I request custom or personalized ceramics?

Absolutely! Click the custom work link in the menu at the top of this page and send us a message about what you would like.

What if I receive a damaged item?

If you receive a damaged item we will replace it or refund it, whichever you'd prefer.

Do you have a return policy?

We do not accept returns unless the item you purchased from us arrives damaged.

Do you offer international shipping?

We do not ship internationally at this time.

Are your ceramics food-safe and lead-free?

All of our items are 100% lead-free and any items intended for preparing, storing, or holding food are 100% food-safe.

What payment methods do you accept?

Can I track my order?

Yes! When you order from us a tracking number will be provided to you.
